South Shields Women exited the Adobe Women’s FA Cup at the First Round Proper stage in a 5-0 defeat to AFC Fylde Women on Sunday. The opening goal was one that was scored in quick time, with the visitors going one goal to the good through Hollie Kelsh-Ridge in the third minute of the game.
