Season ticket holders receive more benefits than ever before in 2023-24.
This starts with significant savings on match entry, with adult season ticket holders granted, on average, a saving of more than £3 per game on the prices they would pay at the turnstiles.
For concessions, it works out at a saving of more than £2 per match, while for children aged 13 to 16 it is almost £1.50 and for children aged 12 and under, it is more than 50p a game.

Season ticket holders also receive the following:

• Free hire of the Shipley Lounge, Barbour Lounge and 1888 Bar for private functions, excluding weddings and business events (subject to terms and conditions, including a £100 refundable security deposit)

• Free hire of the 1st Cloud Arena marquee for midweek functions, excluding weddings and business events (subject to terms and conditions, including a £100 refundable security deposit)

• Discounted entry to matchday hospitality when booked in advance

• A 10% discount in the club shop

• Access to season ticket holder flash sales in the club shop during the season

• Priority on ticketing for cup matches and away games, should allocations be limited

• A 20% discount on Sunday lunches at 1st Cloud Arena

• Discounts with selected club sponsors including Barbour, Rob S Gas Services and 38 Fitness

• Further benefits to be announced in due course

Please note that season ticket holders taking advantage of any of the discounts listed above will be required to provide photo identification when making any purchases, along with their season ticket.

For the first time, supporters can purchase a 10-game flexi ticket in 2023-24, which allows them to select which matches they would like to attend with their season ticket.
Those who would like a 10-game flexi ticket can secure theirs from the club office, which is open between 10am and 4pm on weekdays. This can also be done over the phone during the same hours by calling 0191 454 7800.
Flexi season ticket holders will receive a booklet which includes 10 tickets, which will be torn off on a game-by-game basis at the turnstiles.
Flexi tickets are priced at:
•    Adults: £126
•    Concessions: £81
•    Children aged 13-16: £45
•    Children aged 12 and under: £27

Those aged over 65, disabled supporters and students qualify for concessionary rates at 1st Cloud Arena.

Disabled supporters can also receive a carer ticket free of charge, although a £46 payment is required if the carer requests a seat.
