National League rule change: Under 14's

Following new league-wide safety guidelines, we are informing you of a mandatory change regarding match-day ticketing for attendees aged 14 and under.

Season ticket holder's who have purchased an Under-14 ticket, please be advised that all junior attendees must now be accompanied by a responsible adult (aged 18+). 

Moving forward, U14 tickets can only be purchased and scanned alongside an adult or concession ticket.

Access to the grounds with your ticket will now also require proof of ID.

We understand that valid ID can be difficult for young teenagers, and to assist with this, we are creating an opportunity for South Shields youth members to have a South Shields ID, which will make for easy entry on match days.

We appreciate your support as Season Ticket Holders and apologise for this inconvenience, however the safety of our junior fans is paramount to us and to the League, which is the purpose of this safeguarding change to policy.
