South Shields FC travel to Chester to face Chester FC in the Vanarama National League North.
Previously, South Shields faced Buxton at the 1st Cloud Arena, a match in which they came away with 3 points thanks to an Aidan Rutledge header just off the stroke of halftime.
Last season, the Mariners took 3 points from Chester FC when they faced the Seals away from home. However, in the reverse fixture, they fell short with a 1-0 defeat at the 1st Cloud Arena.
Chester FC currently ranks 10th in the Vanarama National League North, having won three of their first seven games against Radcliffe, Scarborough Athletic, and Peterborough Sports.
