2023-24 season tickets: The benefits and how to buy

Supporters have signed up in record numbers ahead of South Shields' first season in Vanarama National League North - and there's still time to secure a season ticket.

More than 1,000 season tickets have been snapped up ahead of the league opener against Alfreton Town on Saturday.

They remain available to purchase online by clicking here, calling 0191 454 7800 between 10am and 4pm on weekdays, or visiting the club office at 1st Cloud Arena between those same times.

Flexi tickets - which allow supporters to purchase tickets for 10 games of their choice at a reduced rate - can also be bought from the office.

There are more benefits than ever before attached to being a season ticket holder at South Shields FC.

This starts with significant savings on match entry, with adult season ticket holders to receive, on average, a saving of more than £3 per game on the prices they would pay at the turnstiles. For concessions, it works out at a saving of more than £2 per match, while for children aged 13 to 16 it is almost £1.50 and for children aged 12 and under, it is more than 50p a game.

Season ticket holders also receive the following:

• Free hire of the Shipley Lounge, Barbour Lounge and 1888 Bar for private functions, excluding weddings and business events (subject to terms and conditions)

• Free hire of the 1st Cloud Arena marquee for midweek functions, excluding weddings and business events (subject to terms and conditions)

• Discounted entry to matchday hospitality when booked in advance

• A 10% discount in the club shop

• Access to season ticket holder flash sales in the club shop during the season

• Priority on ticketing for cup matches and away games, should allocations be limited

• A 20% discount on Sunday lunches at 1st Cloud Arena

• Discounts with selected club sponsors including Barbour, Rob S Gas Services and 38 Fitness

• Further benefits to be announced in due course

To utilise any of the discounts outlined above, supporters must provide photo identification and their season ticket to prove their identity.

Our 2023-24 season tickets cover all 23 home league matches in our first season in National League North.

Flexi season ticket holders will receive a booklet which includes 10 tickets, which will be torn off on a game-by-game basis at the turnstiles.

Flexi tickets are priced at:

• Adults: £126

• Concessions: £81

• Children aged 13-16: £45

• Children aged 12 and under: £27

Our on-the-day turnstile match ticket prices will be as follows in 2023-24:

• Adults: £15 terracing, £17 seating, £18 premium seating

• Concessions: £10 terracing, £12 seating, £13 premium seating

• Children aged 13-16: £5 terracing, £7 seating, £8 premium seating

• Children aged 12 and under: £3 terracing, £5 seating, £6 premium seating
