South Shields' Under-18s are away to Lancaster City in the first round of the FA Youth Cup on Thursday.
A win for the young Mariners would see the club reach the second round of the competition for the third time in six seasons.
This is the fifth time Shields have made it to the first round, and they eliminated North East neighbours Darlington, Gateshead and York City to do so.
Now they face their first significant travel in the competition this season to face Lancaster, whose journey has featured victories over Buxton, Avro and Curzon Ashton.
Thursday's match takes place at Giant Axe, which has a post code of LA1 5PE. Kick-off is at 7.45pm.
