We are delighted to announce an exciting new partnership with TicketCo who come on board as the Club's Official Ticketing Partner.
TicketCo is a European technology company wholly dedicated to sports. Founded in Norway in 2013, it delivers future-proof ticketing platforms that streamline matchday operations for clubs and leagues. It empowers organisations across Norway, Sweden, the UK, Ireland, and more with smart automation and a fan-centric design.
TicketCo is more than a ticketing provider—it’s a sports-first, innovation-led platform where organisers maintain control and fans enjoy streamlined, reliable experiences. From its creative inception in a Norwegian nightclub to powering major leagues across Europe, TicketCo continues growing, pushing boundaries, and redefining what modern ticketing can be.
TicketCo are already an official sponsor and partner with the Enterprise National League and are used by a number of clubs already at this level and above.
Chairman, Geoff Thompson is delighted to be welcoming TicketCo to the club, he added:
“We’re delighted to announce TicketCo as our new ticketing partner. This change is all about making life easier for our supporters – with a simpler, more reliable, and more flexible ticketing experience. As a club, we’re always looking for ways to improve, and TicketCo gives us the tools to grow while putting our fans first.”
This new partnership will serve as a massive improvement to the club's ticketing system, creating an easier customer experience through quick and easy payments, Apple/Android Pay integrations, and many more features.
Features such as:
Receiving an email ticket and SMS ticket
Store your tickets in your Apple/Android Wallet
Pre-purchase a matchday programme ready to collect
TicketCo will give fans more than just matchday tickets. Fans will be able to pre-purchase matchday programmes, upgrade their seat and also book hospitality which will be a future integration.
This change marks another step into ensuring the club are up to date with the latest technology and ensuring that our fans are able to have the best matchday experience.
TicketCo will take place of Total Tickets who have been our ticketing partner since 2019,, we'd like to thank them for their services across this period and wish them well in future projects.
Rest assured, current Season Ticket Holders (including three year deals) and shareholders will be fully integrated into the new platform immediately, this change will NOT have any effect on Season Ticket Holders that pay monthly for their ticket.
This new system will be fully integrated come our next home game in the FA Cup against Chorley on the 27th, September.
An announcement regarding tickets for our FA Cup fixture against Chorley will be announced later this week.
