SSFC Women make the trip to league leaders Bradford City

South Shields Women travel to NERWFL Premier Division leaders Bradford City AFC Women this Sunday (2pm kick-off).
Following last week’s 2-0 win at home to Harrogate Town AFC Women, the lasses make the trip to West Yorkshire to take on the title-contending side.
They have taken maximum points from all league games bar one this season, but nevertheless the Mariners will no doubt be up for the challenge as the two teams reunite for the first time this season.
Previous games have been entertaining affairs, with the last visit being a thrilling 3-3 draw in October 2024.

Entry costs £5 for adults and it is free for U16s.
As part of Bradford City’s initiatives for International Women’s Day - which falls on Sunday - it will also be free entry for all women.

The Reserve Team advanced to the Semi-Final of the DCFA Women’s First Division Cup last week with a 3-2 win against Darlington RA Women.
Focus returns to the league as they host FC Hartlepool Ladies at 2pm this Sunday, March 8th.
