South Shields FC vs Chorley FC - 04/10/25 - 1st Cloud Arena - 3PM KO - SEGREGATED
Back to the Enterprise National League North this weekend, however, we face the same opponents as we did last week in the FA Cup, Chorley FC.
Ian Watson's Mariners remain the only unbeaten side in the league, winning seven and drawing two of their opening nine games, the most recent being a 2-1 away win against Curzon Ashton, goals coming from Paul Blackett and a wonder goal from Caden Kelly to seal the deal.
Chorley have made a positive start to their league campaign, only losing two of their opening nine, winning six and drawing one, taking 19 points in total and currently sitting in 3rd place.
Both sides will come into this game with fresh knowledge of their opponent, having only played against each other a week ago, where the Mariners won 4-1 in the FA Cup to progress into the Fourth Round Qualifying.
