The Mariners are back at home this bank holiday weekend as they take on Chester FC in the Enterprise National League North. Shields have got themselves off to a perfect start in the league, winning their first three games of the season, taking maximum points against Marine, Leamington and Alfreton.

Chester have seen themselves take 4 points from the opening three games of the season, with a 3-2 victory against Peterborough Sports, then losing 3-0 to Chorley and most recently a 1-1 draw away to Curzon Ashton.

The last time The Seals came up north to South Shields, they left empty handed as The Mariners achieved a 2-0 win over Calum McIntyre's side.

In their previous fixture, Ian Watson's side left it to the very end to secure the win, with two stoppage time goals coming from Cedwyn Scott and Paul Blackett to seal the deal.

• Main entrance is open for box holders at 12.30PM

• Pay on the gate is available.

• Home fans are to use Turnstiles 1,2, 5 & 6

• Away fans are to use Turnstiles 3 & 4

CLUB SHOP

The Club Shop, stocked with our new 25/26 Home and Away kit and Goalkeeper kit, located in the Wolf Competitions Stand near Turnstiles 1 and 2, will be open from 12.30pm – KO, Half-Time, and from FT – Close. 

PARKING 

Limited, unreserved parking is available on Shaftesbury Avenue. It is recommended to arrive early to secure your place. More parking is available on Bedesway, with access via Turnstile 5. 

TRAVEL 

The nearest Metro is Bede, a five-minute walk to Turnstiles.
