Back at home, against The Bucks!

The Mariners are back at home this weekend to face Buxton FC in the Enterprise National League North, fresh off of a 2-1 away win against Bedford Town!

Ian Watson's Mariners are still in fine form, the only team in the whole National League system with a perfect record, winning the first five games of the season, only conceding one goal in the process which was a penalty away to Bedford Town, scored by Tyrone Marsh.

Buxton have started the season winning two and losing three, taking six points from five games. They took their wins against Radcliffe in a 2-1 victory with goals coming from Luke Brennan and Connor Kirby, and their second win against AFC Telford on the road where Luke Brennan secured the win at the death in the 96th minute.

Buxton have struggled against a few sides, with defeats coming against Marine (2-1), Hereford (2-1) and Curzon Ashton (3-2).

CLUB SHOP

The Club Shop, stocked with our new 25/26 Home and Away kit and Goalkeeper kit, located in the Wolf Competitions Stand near Turnstiles 1 and 2, will be open from 12.30pm – KO, Half-Time, and from FT – Close. 

PARKING 

Limited, unreserved parking is available on Shaftesbury Avenue. It is recommended to arrive early to secure your place. More parking is available on Bedesway, with access via Turnstile 5. 

TRAVEL 

The nearest Metro is Bede, a five-minute walk to Turnstiles.
