South Shields FC travel to Macclesfield to face Robbie Savages's Macclesfield FC in their opening fixture of the Emirates FA Cup.

South Shields are fresh off a win against Billingham Synthonia in the DCFA 'Frank Pattison' Challenge Cup with a 3-0 victory at the 1st Cloud Arena.

Macclesfield have had an impressive start to their season in the Northern Premier League as they sit in 1st place with 6 wins, 2 draws and 0 losses.

Please note there is no smoking or vaping in The Leasing.com Stadium - this includes the Fan Zone. No dogs are permitted in the ground except for Guide Dogs. Season Tickets do not cover this fixture.

DIRECTIONS

FROM THE NORTH (M6)

Exit the M6 at Junction 19 (Knutsford) and follow the A537 to Macclesfield. Follow the signs to the Town Centre.

The ground is signposted from the Town Centre, but if in doubt follow the signs towards Leek (A523)

The ground is about one mile out of town on London Road (A523), with the Ticket Office located at the rear of the South Stand.

FROM THE NORTH (MANCHSTER/M62+M60)

Follow the A6 through Stockport until the road forks. Take the right-hand fork signposted Macclesfield (A523).

Follow this road past the town until you reach the end of the dual carriageway.

The ground is roughly 1.25 miles on your right.

CAR PARKING

The Club has a car park behind the South Stand, but limited spaces exist.

There is ample roadside parking in the immediate areas around the ground.

The Club asks supporters to park considerately in the local area and to think of our neighbours at all times.
