South Shields can confirm that John Lufudu has departed the club on loan to his former team Spennymoor Town for the remainder of the 2023-24 season.
The defender appeared 25 times for the Mariners in the Vanarama National League North this season, assisting two goals.
Lufudu helped the club to nine clean sheets this season at right-back and was also pivotal in the 5-2 away victory at Brewery Field.
The Congolese defender will stay with the Moors until the climax of the National League North season and the Club wish him the best for the rest of the campaign.
