Conor Newton to take time away from club

South Shields FC can confirm Conor Newton is to be unavailable for selection for the foreseeable future due to personal reasons.

The 31-year-old will continue to be registered with the club with a view to being reintegrated into the squad in the future should his circumstances change.

Conor has the club’s full support and we greatly hope to see him wearing South Shields colours again.
