Conor Newton has returned to the South Shields squad for the final four games of the season.
Newton made a tremendous impact in the first four months of the season before stepping away due to personal reasons.
He has now returned to fill a void left by the injury to Michael Woods, who has been ruled out for the rest of the season.
The club retained Newton's registration during his time away and he has trained with his team-mates this week following his re-introduction to the fold.
