Sophie Clough has penned a farewell message to those connected with South Shields FC after it was confirmed she has left her position as the Club's Head of Women's Football.

"I want to start by saying a massive thank you to everyone who's been involved with the women's programmes here at South Shields FC and has been part of the journey over the past 18 months.

"I appreciate what each of you have brought to the environment, the passion, the drive, the desire to improve and keep growing has been fantastic and inspiring to be a part of.

"To the players: Thank you to each of you for being dedicated to the process and continuing to drive the team forward daily, for buying in and showing up for each other even when the conditions are tough. Thank you!

"To the staff: Massive thank you for all your support and your individual passion and commitment to continuous development in yourselves. I'll forever be grateful for all the time and effort each of you put in to support the vision... and also put up with me on a daily basis. Thank you!

"To the club and the fans: This club is built on community and hard work. Thank you for the support you've given to continue to elevate the women's sides and keep the female pathway growing. Turning up and showing up in all weathers to cheer on the girls, it doesn't stop here. Thank you!

"I'll be forever grateful for the relationships and memories we built together.

"I will forever be a Mariner!

From what I’ve seen, the selection is quite broad, especially for UK users. Football is definitely the main focus — you’ll find markets for the Premier League, Championship, European competitions, and even lower divisions. But it doesn’t stop there. There are also options for horse racing, tennis, cricket, rugby, basketball, and even some niche events that UK bettors tend to follow.

I’ve been checking details directly through beonbet.uk, and the structure makes it easy to browse by sport or competition. They also seem to offer different market types like match outcomes, totals, handicaps, and some in-play options depending on the event. Overall, it feels tailored to UK interests rather than just offering a generic list of sports.
