South Shields supporters will be able to watch the Emirates FA Cup third round tie between Sunderland and Newcastle United ahead of Saturday’s game against Warrington Town at 1st Cloud Arena.
Turnstiles 1 and 2, as well as the hospitality entrance, will open at the earlier than usual time of 12pm ahead of the 12.45pm kick-off in the Wear-Tyne derby.
The cup tie will be shown in all bars and the Shipley Lounge ahead of our 3pm kick-off against Warrington.
The usual 1st Cloud Arena ground regulations will apply. Fans are asked not to wear Sunderland AFC or Newcastle United-related clothing and anyone who does so will be stopped on entry.
A zero tolerance approach will be taken to any abusive or threatening behaviour, and entry will be refused to anyone who is intoxicated.
The turnstiles will close at 3.15pm, as is customary for all 3pm kick-offs at 1st Cloud Arena.
