Update 11/01: Both games have been postponed as a result of the inclement weather conditions.
South Shields Women visit the NERWFL Premier Division leaders Bradford City AFC Women this Sunday (2pm kick-off).
The Mariners embark on one of their longest trips of the season to face a team who have won all eight of their league matches so far.
Bradford City sit top of the pile by seven points, with one game in hand over second-placed Spennymoor Town Ladies ahead of the league restart.
Shields, meanwhile, are in seventh place as things stand so a positive result would be welcomed in terms of climbing up the ranks - the three teams ahead of the Mariners are only three points ahead.
The last visit to West Yorkshire ended in a thrilling 3-3 draw, as Shields clawed their way back from two goals down to turn the game around, before the hosts equalised during the second-half to settle the draw.

Looks like a tough trip for the SSFC Women up to face Bradford City — those matches can really test a team’s resilience and cohesion. Sometimes playing the league leaders feels like a learning experience more than a points hunt, and that’s okay; moments like these often show you what needs sharpening and where growth happens. Hi folks. Browsing a UK gaming forum, I saw someone recommend a site with ancient-themed slots. Curious, I checked out Scarab Wins Casino during my evening downtime. The theme was visually engaging but not overwhelming. I tried a few rounds, and the experience felt smooth and enjoyable. I liked being able to dip in and out without any confusion, which made the session satisfying.
