Ryan Young leaves role as SSFC Women Reserve Team Head Coach

We would like to thank Ryan Young for everything he has contributed to South Shields FC Women over the past season, following the conclusion of his time at the club.

As the first Head Coach of our Reserve Team, Ryan played a significant role in establishing the squad during its inaugural season, helping to build strong foundations for the future of the club.

Alongside this, Ryan dedicated his time to supporting our Women's International Academy programme and was always willing to assist the First Team whenever needed, demonstrating a genuine commitment to the club as a whole.

Everyone at South Shields FC Women would like to thank Ryan for his hard work, professionalism and dedication throughout his time with us. We wish him every success in his next opportunity and all the very best for the future.

Once a Mariner, always a Mariner.

That's a real blow for the women's setup https://newnormalfest.co.uk/. He clearly put in the hard yards to get that reserve team off the ground, and you could tell from the way he spoke about it that he genuinely cared about building something sustainable. It's rare to find someone willing to juggle that many roles without making a fuss, and the players will have learned so much from his steady approach. I'm gutted for them, but I really hope he finds another opportunity that appreciates his dedication. All the best to him.

Spent way too long on Poki last weekend — started with one puzzle game and ended up trying like five different ones. Everything loads right in the browser which is nice when you just want something quick without installing anything. The variety is honestly what keeps me coming back.
